Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING All domestic residential orders will be shipped UPS or USPS ground. All Military/PO Box orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Any/all shipping charges will be calculated by FitnessDepot.com. Any address changes, cancellations or delivery interceptions to processed orders will incur a $10.00 charge. All orders returned to FitnessDepot.com due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a $10.00 charge and/or a 10% restocking fee. PACKING All orders will be packed to FitnessDepot.com specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size/quantity. Orders will be packed in unmarked boxes. RETURNS POLICY If you desire to return a product please contact FitnessDepot.com with the following information: Invoice number - Product description, item # and quantity - Dates of purchase ( returns must be within 15 days of purchase) - Reason for return (damage, incorrect, customer error end user, etc). When we receive the above four items we will issue an Return Authorization #. Such RA# will be provided within 36 hours. It is required that the end-user marks the outside of returned boxes with the RA #. Packages without RA # clearly marked on packages will be refused. All returns must be mailed within 15 days from when customer receives RA #. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or end-user dissatisfaction. In the event of missing products, FitnessDepot.com must be contacted within 24 hours. No COD returns will be accepted. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all end user returns. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition. Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned. No Cash refunds given on returns. DAMAGES FitnessDepot.com is not responsible for damages due to elements out of its control, such as melted bars (see Cold Packs). We will not ship drinks in glass containers. Customers must contact us regarding damages within 24 hours of delivery. COLD PACKS Cold Packs are available upon request to prevent products from melting. FitnessDepot.com will not accept returns on melted products. A $9.00 fee will be added to all orders requesting cold packs. OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCT POLICY Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Customer will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. Split shipments are available upon customer approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one warehouse. ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS Order changes/cancellation requests must be emailed to info@FitnessDepot.com within 30 minutes of the submission of the original PO. FitnessDepot.com cannot guarantee any changes/cancellations received after 30 minutes of the submission of the original PO.
